Made from: unbromated unbleached enriched flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate [vitamin b1], riboflavin [vitamin b2], folic acid),rye flour, water, salt, soybean oil, contains 2 percent or less of: yeast, wheat gluten, caraway seeds, calcium propionate and sorbic acid to retard spoilage, monoglycerides, wheat flour, lactic acid, malted barley flour, dextrose, soy lecithin.
