Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate [b1], riboflavin [b2], folic acid), water, rye flour, rye meal, caramel color, contains less than 2% of each of the following: sugar, soybean oil, salt, yeast, wheat gluten, calcium propionate and sorbic acid (to retard spoilage), wheat flour, hydrogenated palm oil, enzymes, isolated soy protein, ascorbic acid added as a dough conditioner, microcrystalline cellulose, l-cysteine, monoglycerides, cornstarch, high oleic canola oil.
