Enriched bleached malted flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, milk, yeast. contains 2% or less of each of the following: wheat gluten, potato flour, sugar, salt, degermed yellow corn meal and degermed yellow corn flour, leaving (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), acid buttermilk (buttermilk, whey, sodium caseinate [from milk], lactic acid), butter (cream, salt), preservatives (calcium propionate, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate), fumaric acid, fully hydrogenated soybean oil, citric acid, enzymes, ascorbic acid (dough conditioner).
